I need advice

Give us a call for an initial conversation. We recognise every problem and situation is unique so we’ll provide you with personalised, impartial advice that will help you tackle your problem. We’ll also recommend all the appropriate, additional, support that we have available to help you.

I would like to volunteer

When you reach out to Citizens Advice Medway, you’re reaching out to real people in your community. Get involved and become a volunteer. All our advisors who respond to members of the community in real-time are trained volunteers. Collectively, our volunteer corps is helping to resolve over seven million new problems each year!

Don’t wait on getting started in helping make a difference in Medway. Become a volunteer today!

What helps us provide a free service is the generosity from those in our community. As a registered charity, we welcome donations from individuals and other organisations. Financial contributions of any size, or donations of useful equipment, are appreciated and ensure we can continue providing the Medway community with this much-needed service, free of charge.

On our self-help website, we include particularly helpful sections on a wide range of inquiry areas our community seeks advice on.
